Terms of Service

Last updated: June 15, 2026

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StreamSlayers, including streamslayers.com, our web apps, browser-source overlays, subscription tools, and related services.

By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

StreamSlayers provides sports streaming overlay tools, including scoreboards, scorebugs, tickers, stream panels, browser-source graphics, widgets, and related tools that creators can add to supported broadcast or streaming software.

The Service may display sports information, statistics, schedules, scores, team names, player names, event information, and related data from third-party sources, public sources, user-configured sources, or service providers.

We do not guarantee that any sports information, live data, score, statistic, schedule, roster, player information, event information, or related content will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or available.

3. No sports league, team, broadcaster, or data-provider affiliation

StreamSlayers is an independent software service.

Unless we clearly state otherwise in writing, StreamSlayers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, licensed by, or officially connected to any sports league, team, club, athlete, player association, broadcaster, media company, statistics provider, data provider, platform, or rights holder.

All league names, team names, player names, trademarks, logos, images, and related marks belong to their respective owners. Any reference to sports teams, players, leagues, or events is for identification, commentary, display, or informational purposes only where legally permitted.

You are responsible for making sure your use of any names, logos, images, graphics, trademarks, videos, music, media, or other content in your stream, broadcast, video, website, or social media post is legally allowed.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not share, resell, lease, transfer, or provide access to your account except as allowed by your subscription plan or by written permission from StreamSlayers.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

5. Subscriptions and free trials

The Service may be offered through paid subscription plans. Some plans may include a free trial.

If you start a free trial that requires a payment method, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge your payment method when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Unless you cancel, your subscription will automatically renew each billing period and your payment method will be charged the then-current price for your selected plan.

You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account dashboard where available.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access until that period ends.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, failure to cancel, renewal charges, or trial conversions.

To avoid being charged after a free trial, you must cancel before the trial ends.

7. Price changes

We may change subscription prices, plan features, or billing terms. If we change prices for an active subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where required. The new price will apply to the next billing period after the change takes effect.

Continuing to use the Service after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.

8. Beta, free, and experimental features

Some apps, overlays, or features may be offered as beta, free during beta, early access, experimental, trial, or test features.

These features are provided "as is" and "as available." They may be changed, limited, made paid, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee that beta, free, or experimental features will remain available or free.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service.

You may not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or fraudulent activity
  • Upload, display, or distribute content you do not have the right to use
  • Use logos, images, trademarks, music, videos, clips, broadcasts, or media without proper rights or permission
  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, or commercially exploit the Service except as permitted by your plan
  • Share private overlay URLs in a way that allows unauthorized access or unauthorized use
  • Scrape, copy, extract, archive, reverse-engineer, harvest, or attempt to reconstruct the Service or its data
  • Attempt to bypass access controls, usage limits, paywalls, security measures, or subscription restrictions
  • Interfere with, overload, disrupt, or damage the Service
  • Use the Service to mislead viewers into believing your stream, overlay, content, or channel is officially affiliated with a league, team, broadcaster, player, statistics provider, data provider, platform, or rights holder
  • Use the Service in a way that violates third-party terms, platform rules, broadcast rules, rights-holder rules, or applicable law

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for StreamSlayers, our users, our providers, or third parties.

10. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload, enter, configure, or display through the Service, such as text, images, logos, media, URLs, custom labels, and overlay settings.

You grant StreamSlayers a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transmit, and format your content solely as needed to operate, provide, secure, troubleshoot, support, and improve the Service.

You represent that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and clearances needed to upload, configure, display, stream, and use your content through the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content and for how it appears in your streams, broadcasts, websites, videos, clips, and social media posts.

11. Sports information and third-party data

The Service may use or display sports information, scores, schedules, statistics, team information, player information, event information, or other content from third-party sources, public sources, user-configured sources, or service providers.

You understand and agree that:

  • Sports information may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, restricted, or changed
  • Third-party sources may restrict, change, suspend, or discontinue access at any time
  • We do not guarantee real-time accuracy or uninterrupted data availability
  • We do not grant you ownership rights in any third-party sports information, data, names, marks, images, or content
  • You may not scrape, resell, archive, redistribute, sublicense, or separately commercialize sports information from the Service
  • Your use of overlays may still be subject to platform rules, broadcast rules, rights-holder rules, or other third-party terms

StreamSlayers is not responsible for losses, claims, stream issues, viewer disputes, monetization issues, takedowns, platform strikes, data restrictions, or damages caused by inaccurate, delayed, missing, restricted, or unavailable sports information.

12. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, code, design, layout, user interface, graphics, workflows, branding, logos, product names, and documentation, is owned by StreamSlayers or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property and other laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your active subscription, free trial, beta access, or permitted free access period, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by law or expressly permitted by us in writing.

13. Copyright complaints and takedowns

If you believe content used with the Service infringes your copyright, you may contact us at [email protected] with a copyright complaint.

Your notice should include:

  • Your name and contact information
  • A description of the copyrighted work
  • A description or URL of the allegedly infringing content
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
  • Your physical or electronic signature

We may remove or disable content and may suspend or terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

14. Third-party services

The Service may depend on third-party providers for payments, authentication, hosting, storage, email, advertising, analytics, security, support, and data functionality.

Your use of those features may be subject to third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, errors, data restrictions, pricing changes, policy changes, account restrictions, takedowns, or discontinued access.

15. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamSlayers disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Sports information will be accurate, complete, current, or available
  • Overlays will render perfectly on every browser, device, streaming platform, or broadcast software
  • The Service will meet your specific needs
  • Any errors will be corrected

You use the Service at your own risk.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamSlayers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, platform strikes, demonetization, stream disruptions, or loss of viewers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to StreamSlayers in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StreamSlayers from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your content
  • Your stream, broadcast, video, clip, website, or social media content

  • Your violation of these Terms

18. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, create risk for the Service, create legal exposure, misuse data, or harm other users, providers, or third parties.

After termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, payment obligations, and dispute-related terms.

19. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Where legally permitted, any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state courts located in Cochise County, Arizona, or in the federal courts with jurisdiction over Cochise County, Arizona.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.

If changes are material, we may provide notice through the website, account dashboard, or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
