Security at StreamSlayers

Last updated: June 27, 2026

1. Our approach to security

StreamSlayers provides sports streaming overlay tools for broadcasters and creators. We take the security of your account and your data seriously, and we build the Service on reputable, security-certified infrastructure while following security-focused development practices.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. This page explains the measures we use and how we work with trusted providers to protect your information.

2. Encryption in transit

Traffic to streamslayers.com, our web apps, and your overlay browser-source URLs is served over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. This protects data as it moves between your browser, your streaming software, and our services.

3. Payments

All subscription and billing card processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider, under its own privacy policy and terms. StreamSlayers never receives or stores your full card number. We only receive limited billing metadata, such as plan, subscription status, customer ID, and the card brand and last four digits, which we use to manage your access to paid features.

4. Accounts and authentication

Sign-up, sign-in, and account sessions are handled by Clerk, a third-party authentication provider, under its own privacy policy and terms. We do not store your password; your login credentials are managed by the authentication provider. We store limited account and subscription metadata so we can provide and secure the Service.

5. Infrastructure

The website, data storage, and realtime services run on infrastructure operated by Cloudflare, whose platform maintains SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications. Stripe and our authentication provider similarly maintain their own independent security certifications.

These are certifications held by our service providers for the platforms they operate. They describe the security posture of the infrastructure StreamSlayers is built on.

6. Data minimization

We collect only the information needed to operate your overlays and account, such as account details, billing metadata, and the overlay settings and content you configure. For a full description of what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.

Your overlay output may be accessible through a public browser-source URL, display link, stream, recording, or broadcast. Please do not place sensitive personal information into overlay content.

7. No sensitive or health data

StreamSlayers is a sports streaming overlay tool. We do not collect or process health, medical, or other special-category personal data, and we do not collect or store full financial account numbers. Because we do not handle protected health information, health-data regulations such as HIPAA do not apply to the Service.

8. Compliance status

StreamSlayers is built on infrastructure and providers that maintain SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications, as described above. StreamSlayers itself does not currently hold its own independent SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar certification, and HIPAA does not apply because no health data is handled.

If your organization has specific security or compliance documentation needs, contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help.

9. Reporting a security issue

We welcome responsible disclosure. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability or have a security concern about the Service, please email [email protected] with the details so we can investigate.
